Tracey was great on the phone, she took enough time to listen to me and she didn't rush through my appointment. She has a great sense of humour, well she laughed at my jokes, but she was always very professional and caring.

Tracy made a big difference in the treatment of my Ulcerative Colitis flare up. She was very professional, caring, diligent and patient. She took the time to listen and to explain. Tracy’s care during my painful condition helped to relieve my symptoms and the associated anxiety. I am very grateful to her for her kindness and very professional medical care.
